Wishlist #1

That's right, i'm dedicating a whole post to things i will probably buy in the future, but there's a chance i won't. Like a lot of you right now i'm finding it hard to have extra money to spend on things for myself, or new homeware peices for my new flat. But that doesn't mean i ever stop filling up basket after basket on different websites with things i would love to own. Then maybe when i do have that extra bit of money, i will go back to them websites and purchase some of the things!

Beauty and skincare

1. BECCA x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Collection Face Palette.
I've heard so many different people rant and rave about this product and after seing nothing but good reviews about it, i've totally been sold. The colours in the pallete and the packaging are both beautiful.

2. Tanya Burr Martha Moo Matte Liquid Lipstick.
Depending on the skin tone each lipstick is different. But personally i prefer the pink/brown tone that Tanya Burr's new liquid lipstick gives off. It looks like the perfect shade for summer and autumn. I'm not a big fan of the rest of her packaging but i do like the style of her lip glosses/liquid lipsticks.

3. Pixi Glow Tonic.
This has been an item in my wishlist for over a year now, i have just never got around to actually buying it. The reviews are amazing, i haven't heard one bad thing about this product. I feel like it will give my skin more life, in the colder months i suffer from really dull skin. So hopefully this product could help me!

Fashion

 1. River Island Grey Winged Tote Handbag.
Ever since i was a young girl i have been in love with River Island bags, to me they are the holey grail of a handbag. They are reliable, big and perfect for every day or work. The different designs are beautiful and i am in love with the one bellow. It's grey and white, with a black strap.

2.  New Look Black Leather Block Heel Ankle Boots.
I need a pair of sturdy and comfu black boots, which can go with jeans and dresses with tights. But they need to be slightly higher than the ankle because they rub on the back of the foot, i think these would be perfect!

There are also a lot of things i want to add to my new flat, but actually making my mind up on pieces i want to add is harder than i thought. I will keep you updated on this (possibly a future post when i've finally made up my crazy mind.)

Let me know what's on your wish list for the next few months! I might add them onto mine.

Favourite High Street Vs Luxury Brand Product

Over the past few months i've broadened my make up knowledge and gone over to the dark side. I've started buying more expensive brands such as MAC, Illamasqua and Nars. Even though the make up is so much more expensive and that might not be okay with some people, i have to say... it is all worth the money (well, most of it.) I wanted to share with you guys my thoughts on some of my favourite products from a high street brand a more luxury brand.

Lipsticks

At the minute i'm into wearing nudes and my two favourite ones are the MAC Twig and Rimmel Kate Moss 03. The Kate Moss nude is my holy grail of lipsticks, i can wear it with any clothing, any style of hair and it's perfect. It has a slight pinky tone to it which matches my skin tone perfectly. Luckily i can get away with pink tones or brown tones, i do prefer the brown ones but i'm still in love with these two. The MAC one is also one of my favourite all time lipsticks, the pink tone is much darker and has more of an evening look which makes me reach for it less.

Favourite? Rimmel Kate Moss- 03.

Foundation

These are my two favourite foundations. The coverage with Nars Sheer Glow is flawless and it leaves my skin feeling covered and smooth. You can layer it up or just leave one natural layer on which i love. The price is kind of steep for me, £33 just seems like too much! But for this item, every now and again i'm willing to pay it. On the other hand, my favourite high street brand of foundation is the Maybelline Fit Me. The coverage isn't full but the colours available and the texture goes with my skin really well.

Favourite? Nars Sheer Glow.

Powder

Since i first started wearing make up at school i've used powder. I know most people don't but i find it sets my foundation and concealer way better and just gives that finished tone to my skin. I first found Maybelline Matte Maker last year, after previously using Maybelline powders and being really impressed. After i went on a MAC haul a few months ago i picked up the Pro Longwear powder and it isn't amazing. It seams to take my foundation off and doesn't give me that finished look which Maybelline does which disappointed me.

Favourite? Maybelline Matte Maker.

Let me know which make up you are loving right now, and i will give it a try! Thanks for reading.

Love,
Danielle

January Favourites

I've decided that this year i will stick to my monthly favourites because i will be trying so many new things and i want to share it all with you guys! I'll be including beauty, life, fashion, reading, food and travel or maybe even random things. Because it's still winter there won't be anything outside in this favourites because.. cold.

  1. Nars Sheer Glow foundation.
Before using Nars Sheer Glow i found my love for MAC Studio Fix, but i found out they test on animals and even though i own some of their products, i'm not sure if i'll shop their again... lets just say it's put me off. So after this i decided i would try Nars, because that's another foundation i have heard so much about and haven't tried before. I sat down at the Nars counter and the lady with immaculate make up on took all of mine off and i was naked for a second. Then she matched my skin up with the perfect shade for me, did everything else like concealer and powder and there you have it. I was in love with a new (pricey) foundation. Ever since i have worn it every day and i don't think i'd go back to any other foundation. It layers just enough for me and the coverage is great, it works amazing with any concealer and powder and sits right on my face.
  2. Maybelline Lash Sensational mascara.
Now this is a product i had heard SO much about, and i didn't get it in January i must admit i've had it a few months now but i needed to tell you all how much i love it. I'm one of those unlucky people who aren't blessed with long eyelashes, but this mascara makes it look like i am. Lately i've been wearing more natural make up- no liquid eyeliner which i'm proud about after 6 years of wearing it basically every day. So this mascara gives me the dark look i need to match my eyebrows every day.
  3. Turtle neck jumpers.
The other day i was in the tiny New Look in my town and there was a tiny sale. In that sale i found two of the comfiest turtle necks i have ever owned and it's safe to say i'm in love, one is cream and one is baby pink. Most of my wardrobe is black and grey- so these are nice items to own. During this season i've found my love of thin jumpers to chuck on with some jeans and some ankle boots. There's a way to dress this look up or just have a casual one. I swear there is nothing better to me right now than these new jumpers.
  4. Thai Green Chicken Curry.
I love trying new food, there's not a lot out there that i don't like. I'm not into spicy food though, salt and pepper is spicy to me which means i don't try a lot of curry. However the other month we were in one of my favourite restaurants 'Yee Rah' and i ordered the Thai Green Chicken curry. And it was amazing. I've tried the Waga and Marks & Spencers one since, but nothing could be as amazing as that first one.
  5. Jessica Jones.
The one thing everyone knows about me is that i love to binge watch TV shows on Netflix, i get addicted really quick and i could recommend so many different ones from different genres. My favourite genre for TV shows and books is the supernatural, like Teen Wolf or The Vampire Diaries. Netflix raved on and on about Jessica Jones and i watched a few episodes and i did like it, but i wasn't motivated to watch it until one day when i had nothing better to do. After episode 6 i was hooked. I think i watched that season in 2 days after that. If you love strong female characters, sass and action this is for you.
  6. Online shopping.
January is student loan month, and student loan means a few extra pennies to buy nice things for myself. When i get paid i try to buy something nice for myself straight away so i'm not tempted to buy anything else later on when i'm poorer. I have done well, but there are birthdays and occasions coming up like Mothers Day and Valentines Day which make me spend them extra few pennies earlier than expected. I like to get ideas and plan ahead when it comes to buying things for other people, and that's what i've been doing... online mostly. Everything is in one place and it's just so freaking easy. You come home one day from University or work and there it is, ready for you to open and wrap. Who can resist online shopping?
  7. Caramel latte's.
Over the Christmas period i found my love for hot chocolates again but no that i'm super busy again i have my love for latte's again. That extra kick in a morning or after i finish work is just amazing, with the sweet taste of caramel... it's perfect. I'm in love with them, what can i say?
  8. Planning trips.
I have a serious case of Wanderlust lately, i keep looking at holidays (knowing i can't afford them) and planning where i would go in these places. It gets me down knowing i probably won't be able to go away this year because of money, but i still like to know the places i want to travel.
Let me know what your favourites from January are and if you've tried anything new! Thanks for reading and until next time my loves.

Love,
Danielle

Latest Makeup Products & A Little Update

I know i've started the last few posts like this but i am sorry for being away a lot (life just kind of took over, one of my new years resolutions is to blog more!!) I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year! Semester 2 is about to start at uni and i'm ready to start again and do better this time. I had a lovely Christmas and it was fab to spend some time with my family and friends. I'm also 20 now!! I still can't believe it. Over the Christmas period my spare time has been spent doing some shopping, like everyone else probably. I've decided to branch out from my high street makeup brands to more expensive ones, and i've started with M.A.C and Illamasqua. The first product of theirs i bought is one of their foundations, i've had it for around two months and i love it. It's the best foundation i have ever had and i can see why people pay that little extra to buy it.

The first thing i picked up was this Prep + Prime spray. One of my friends got it for Christmas and i needed something like this, because for some reason my makeup never tends to stay on for as long as i'd like. All you do is spray it on before your makeup and on each brush you use. For me it does work, there's no scent which i like and the sparkly packaging makes me love it even more.

I needed to get my first M.A.C lipstick, and i'm all for the nude looks lately. So as any lipstick lover would, my hand was covered in different shades in the space of 5 minutes. I finally decided on a shade called Twig. A nude shade with a hint of pink, it's long lasting and looks lovely with a gold eyeshadow. I think it's more of a brown shade than a nude if i'm honest..

The last M.A.C product i picked up was a powder. The foundation i have is the Studio Fix Fluid, but i chose to get the Pro Longwear powder, it goes on easy and helps cover and blemishes but i don't see much of a change in my makeup if i'm honest.

Illamasqua has beautiful products and they have my favourite packaging (i like it so much i keep all the boxes.) I have heard so much about the brand from one of my makeup fanatic best friends and i decided it's about time i tried one of their products too. What perfect opportunity to try most of them than in a multi palette? This gorgeous palette has eye shadows, eye brow products, contour and highlight all in one. And it is amazing. I love everything about it but my favourite part has to be the brow kit.

Let me know if you've bought any new products lately and if you're enjoying the new year.

Thanks for reading guys, i will be more active i swear!

Love,
Danielle

Mini Candle & Beauty Haul & An Announcement

Yesterday i went for dinner in Liverpool with a few of my friends, the whole point of the trip was to go to Wagamama (one of my favourite restaurants). But not only did we go there, we did a mini shopping trip too, i obviously spent more money than i needed too. So i thought what better post than a haul? I know they're my favourites. I ended up doing something strange for me, i didn't buy any clothing, just items i completely fell in love with and needed in my life.

Snow Fair shower gel- Lush £3.95

1. Snow Fairy shower gel from Lush.
I was introduced to Lush when i was around 13, and i love most of their products. I own a few of their skin care products and i've had many, many bath bombs in my time. But their one product which i look forward to each year is their Snow Fairy shower gel. It's only available close to Christmas which makes this purchase extra special, as soon as i saw it in the window i became so happy. It smells like bubblegum and everything sweet, perfect for a relaxing shower.

Winter Spice candle- Next £5
Mango Salsa candle- Yankee £1.80

2. Winter Spice candle from Next.
I am a candle hoarder if you guys didn't already know, and the cinnamon scented ones are my favourite. So when all the new Christmas range comes out i get super giddy. I searched the new Christmas range on Next the other day online, but i didn't want to risk not liking one of the scents. So i realised it was the perfect opportunity yesterday to have a look at them all. There are three available so far and they are all very different, i went for the more cinnamon of the three. There are different styles of the holder but i chose the more festive simple one. As you can see i burnt this beautiful candle as soon as i got home yesterday and i have to say, i'm in love and so ready for christmas.

3. Mango Salsa candle from Yankee.
I have two of the cutest little candle holders ever, so the small Yankees are perfect when i just need something to liven my bedroom up. The other day i purchased two others but when i saw this i realised i had never seen it before. I love exotic scents, i think they are so fresh and lovely. I'm really excited to see what this one smells like because its almost bitter it's that fresh.

Apricot Blossom candle- Next £3

4. Apricot Blossom candle from Next.
My all time favourite candle ever. They are both the same candle, the one on the right is the old design i have from months ago which is almost nearly gone. Which is why i picked up a new one, because i can't go without it. I love the old design and i'm not into the new one as much, but i just bought it because of the scent. It's a very fruity and floral scent and it's all around beautiful.

Studio Fix Fluid foundation- MAC £22
Foundation Pump- MAC £3

5. Studio Fix Fluid foundation from MAC. SPF 15.
The last purchase i made was a MAC foundation. I'm more into drugstore cosmetics but i decided it's time i get something worth the money and amazing. So me and the girls went into the flawless MAC store and asked one of the lovely people that work there if they could reccomend something and match me up. Of course they did and in the end i bought the Studio Fix Fluid foundation and a pump to go with it. It's only my first day wearing it but i think i already love it. I will be doing a full review in the future.

I also have some exciting news to share with you all. One of my lovely blogger friends Joanna has decided to do a Week Of Women to celebrate her blogs first birthday. It will include guest bloggers like myself, writing for her blog during this week. You can find out about this exciting week here.

My Favourite Hair Styles Of 2015 So Far

I am a huge TV and film lover, so i constantly see women wearing amazing clothes, having gorgeous make up and beautiful hair styles. I'm also one of those people who change their hair all the time, so this year has been tough on my hair confidence because there are so many gorgeous women out there. I wanted to share with you some of my favourite looks from this year so far. Not only do i love their styles and hair, i love them too (major girl crushes alert).

Lucy Hale (Pretty Little Liars)- Instagram

First of all we have the lovely Lucy Hale from the huge TV show Pretty Little Liars. Don't get me wrong i love the rest of the liars but for some reason Lucy has always been my favourite. In season one she had long thick waves but this year she went for the daring option of cutting it all off. Then she went from a brunette to stunning blonde highlights, however because of her dark eyes and brows i think her latest choice is the best for her. With her pixie looking features this hair style makes her look more sophisticated and grown up.

Holland Roden (Teen Wolf) - Instagram

Next we have the all round stunning Holland Roden from Teen Wolf. Can we just take a second to see how beautiful this woman really is? She has gorgeous hair that can look amazing no matter what she does with it. But after my research i found this to be my favourite picture from her this year. It's simple to do and anyone can achieve this look, but with bold lips and brows it makes the whole outfit fab. Lets just talk about that outfit for a second.. isn't it beautiful?

Tanya Burr (YouTube)- Instagram

Now onto one of my all time favourite ladies, Tanya Burr who some of you will know from YouTube or her recent cosmetics line (which i reviewed earlier on my blog). Tanya has the luxury of not having to do much with her hair and it always looking sleek and luscious. I love the hint of copper and the way her curls frame her face.

Candice Accola (The Vampire Diaries)- Instagram

My last favourite hair style of 2015 so far goes to Candice Accola from The Vampire Diaries. For all you lovers of TVD you will know she doesn't change the colour and hardly changes the style. With loose curls running through it and her blonde hair which looks beautiful with her light complecion, what would be wrong with this hair style? Absolutely nothing.

I hope you enjoyed this more girly post, and of course.. till next time my loves.

Danielle

Suffering With Acne | Tips To Help

If you're like me and have always had terrible skin, you will know what it's like to waste money and time on product after product. I always get my hopes up about products which i've amazing read reviews on and then they do nothing at all, or sometimes they can even make my skin worse. I go through phases where my skin is ok and even clear, and then it can turn so bad i don't want to leave the house some days.

However i've learnt different techniques of coping with acne and helping my skin out. If you're that ashamed and down about it, go to the doctors. They will try their best to help you with different products which might or might not work, but you will (in the end) find one which will help.

I Google pretty much every week to see if there's anything i can do to help my skin and it tells me the same thing every day. I have started to do more of them now that i'm in a routine and can do everything to help myself out.
  1. Don't drink fizzy drinks.
  2. Drink lots of water.
  3. Wash your face every morning and night.
  4. Never sleep with make up on.
  5. Try eat fruit/veg.
  6. Have a few days a week without make up.
  7. Use herbal face masks not harsh chemicals.
Let me know if you have any tips to help acne, that would be fab. Don't be ashamed of acne, trust me, everyone has it.

Danielle

Latest Products

For the past few months i've been trying a lot of new products because i've had more money and fancied new things. I also moved house so it was the perfect opportunity to try something new!

  1. Original Source- Vanilla & Raspberry. This honestly smells devine, it reminds me of yoghurt. I don't notice the feel of my skin when i'm out of the shower, i expect it to be silky smooth if i'm honest but it doesn't do anything. I only use it for the smell.
  2. Garnier Summer Body- Medium. This is one of my go-to products, it has been since i was around 15. It only takes a few hours, it doesn't have that horrible fake tan smell and it leaves an all over glow.
  3. Liz Earle- Cleanse & Polish. I use this every now and again with a Liz Earle cleansing cloth, it works a treat. It literally is what everyone says about it, amazing. It takes all my make up off and makes my skin feel so fresh/clean after.
  4. Victoria Secret: Body Sunset Spray. Victoria Secret do some amazing deals on their sprays and it's always hard to choose one. As you can see i love this scent because most of the bottle is gone, it's one of my favourites from there and so easy to drop in your handbag for emergencies or a freshen up.
  5. Argan Oil: Hair Spray. I was introduced to this product by my lovely house mate Jaymie (thanks Jay). You basically spray it on your hair after a shower, it stops all the frizziness and is basically amazing. Also it's so cheap, what would be better?
  6. Soap & Glory: The Righteous Butter. I get a lot of Soap & Glory gift sets for Christmas so i don't need to buy more during the year luckily. This is by far my favourite product of theirs. It lasts ages and dries super quick.
  7. L'oreal Paris: Elvive Colour Protect Shampoo and Conditioner. I've recently gone blonde but can't afford to pay for the higher blonde shampoo and conditioner collections because i'm a student and clearly poor. So i decided to get a colour protect range, this does stop the colour from being dull and lifeless but doesn't improve the blonde.
If you have any recommendations i'd love to hear them, i hope you've all had a lovely day.

Love,
Danielle

Hair colour/style advice

When it comes down to being a girl i pretty much fail. I don't know anything about skincare or beauty. If i see something in a shop which i like, i'll get it. The one thing i do know about is hair. I have changed the style and the colour of my hair more times than you would believe. I wanted to talk about the way you should go around dying your hair and some of the do's/dont's.

As you can tell by the collage of different images above, my hair is never the same colour for longer than around two months. These pictures are also in order, the bottom right being the most recent. There are many other colours ranging from turquoise to dip dyed blonde but i simply couldn't find pictures from these phases, or they were too embarrassing.

If it's your first time dying your hair i highly advise you go to a hair dresser because you will achieve what you want properly there. If you have dyed your before and you're thinking about doing it again, i'd still say go to the hair dressers, but if you're on a budget then try look for no ammonia, it'll be healthier for your hair.

I have had extensions, a fringe, a bob, layers and non layered hair. Anything that you could imagine, i have done. I want to advise people out there who are looking for a change, think about it, please. I am so spontaneous when it comes to my hair, i can decide the day before that i want to cut 5 inches off and many, many times i've looked in the mirror after and wondered what i had done. I can't explain this obsession with you guys, i just get bored with my look easily.

A big part of me changing my hair would be the person doing it, i have to trust them. I always go to someone who i've had do my hair before. Even though i can decide on the moment what i want, i need to know that the person will do a good enough job. I currently have a mobile hair dresser and she is fab, she's not much older than me and she's become a really good friend so i'm comfortable each time. If you don't know the hair dresser you are going to, you should check that she is recommended. There's nothing worse than coming out looking like you've been dragged through a bush backwards. If you do come out looking horrible and hating the colour she's done, tell them. They will always do what they can to fix it, because at the end of the day they will be embarrassed and they do want you to be happy, it's their job.

Let me know what your best and worst hair styles/colours are in the comments below and i hope you enjoyed this different post!

Lush collection

Most people i know are in love with Lush, and i have to agree with them all. I am totally part of that group. I love everything from their bath bombs to hair products to face masks. Unfortunately i don't get to indulge in bath bombs as much as i'd like, as i only have a shower at university. So when i come home i like to pick a few bath bombs and relax as much as possible. I have a few Lush products at the minute and i adore most of them.

Celestial Face Moisturiser

This product is amazing for sensitive skin, if you're feeling run down and you need a little TLC i totally recommend this. I can only wear it on a night because it is a little heavy but i have to say, it smells delightful, like vanilla ice cream.

Karma Bubble Bar

A bubble bar can be crumbled under the water or simply placed into it, the good thing about bubble bars is the fact that they can be used a few times. Karma smells so yummy, it's zesty and perfect for summer.

Ocean Salt Face and Body Scrub

I've nearly used all of this up, and that's because this product is simply amazing. The texture isn't great, it is what it says on the tin.. salty. It's a little rough in big doses but my skin does feel soft and smooth after. The scent is so fresh, it has a hint of the sea and lime.

Herbalism Face Wash

I use this when i'm in the shower and i don't want to use something too harsh on my skin. It's a strange green colour and it smells like rosemary, almonds and chocolate, even though it doesnt contain any chocolate. You take a little bit of the crumbly bits add some water and rub it into your hands, then on your face.

Sakura Bath Bomb

This is one of my all time favourite classic bath bombs. It smells fresh and has neutral colours. This bomb totally agrees with my sensitive skin and leaves me feeling amazing.

Mask of Magnaminty

This is the mask to help breakouts, it does work, slowly but it isn't amazing and i wouldn't rave on about it if someone asked me to recommend. Again, the colour is a dark green but this one smells like peppermint and vanilla. I love the feel when the mask is on because it's so smooth and leaves my skin feeling refreshed.

Let me know what Lush products are your favourites and if you don't like Lush, let me know why in the comments below!

What's in my makeup bag?

I haven't done a beauty post yet, and what post would be better than a what's in my makeup bag? I've never had a big makeup collection and i don't usually keep it in a bag. But because i'm travelling around a lot i can't really set it up the way i like. I usually keep it in a draw with accessories and my brushes in a jar. Everything is also drugstore as i'd rather spend my money on multiple pieces of makeup rather than just one expensive thing.

Lets start with my makeup brushes, i never really used them until i went to university and started watching vloggers such as Tanya Burr and Zoe Sugg. They are so much better than using a sponge or your fingers for example. I just find that it is easier to blend and get the right amount on your face without it looking smudged. The Real Technique brushes are fab, they blend really well and each brush has it's own use. I also love the double sided H&M brush, it works fab and it's also very cheap. I use it on my eyebrows and for my eye shadow.

Real Technique, Sam & Nic Chapman- £9.99
Real Technique, Core Collection- £25.00
Superdrug Eyebrow Brush- £3.00
H&M, Double Sided- £5.00

I apply my foundation first and then contour then powder, unfortunately i don't actually have my contour/eye shadow/brow sculpture stuff with me because i came out quickly. But i can show you guys what foundation and powder i'm using that the minute. I love the Maybelline range, it has my favourite foundations but i fancied a change last time. The L'oreal foundation is good, it does the job it just takes a while to blend. I love the matte maker powder so much, it takes away an shine and makes your makeup look more set.

L'oreal Infallible 24H Wear- £6.99
Maybelline Matte Maker- £5.99
I don't have much of an eye collection because like i said earlier i've forgotten my HUGE eye pallet. But this is my liquid eye liner and mascara. There are so many different versions of liquid liner and mascaras that are all the range lately. I find it really hard to find a good liner which can last a while if i'm out all day and is jet black without using loads of liquid. I have to say, the is one of the best ones i have come across in the past 4 years. The Barry M Showgirl mascara is also really good. I have the shortest eyelashes ever and this mascara can still help them look full.

Rimmel, Glam Eyes- £6.99
Barry M, Showgirl- £7.99

My lipstick/liner collection is probably the biggest section in my makeup bag. I go through phases where i am completely addicted to getting new colours for each season. Lately i've been using nudes a lot more because they go with everything i wear. I only own one at the minute but this one is amazing and i haven't seen any more which have caught my eye. Two of my lipsticks are from the Kate Moss collection at Rimmel, these are my all time favourite lipsticks. The colours are just fab and the consistency is brilliant. They dry instantly and make any look brill. The Barry M lipstick colour is fab, its blood orange with a dash of pink and it's gorgeous. The consistency however isn't great, its gooey and doesn't really stick and i was really disappointed. But i've figured i can put the Kate Moss 03 nude on top and it makes a lovely colour.

Collection nude liner- £2.00
Rimmel red liner- £3.99
Rimmel, Kate Moss 03- £5.99
Seventeen, Hot Stuff- £4.99
Max Factor 710- £4.99
Barry M 151- £5.99

The last thing in my makeup bag is Ted Baker tweezers, i carry these in with me in there at all times because there's no doubt about it. Someone will ask me to pluck their eyebrows. They are the best pair of tweezers i have ever owned and you should pay that extra money to get a good pair. They are able to get the smallest of hairs and thats fab, plus they're pretty.

Ted Baker- £10.99

Thanks for reading guys, i hope you enjoyed this post and let me know if you have any of these pieces and if you like them! Also recommend me some makeup you think i might like, i'm always looking to buy more things.

5 things i've loved this week

Hey guys!

Here's a few things i've been loving this week, i've decided to do this every Sunday because each week i'm trying new things.

Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Gel
This is one my first Clinique products, i also purchased an anti-blemish face wash and an anti-blemish gel at the same time. However the other two haven't been working as much as i had hoped. This moisturiser is the best one have ever owned, i was a big supporter of Simple at one time however i feel as if this is lighter than that. I instantly feel hydrated and fresh after i put this on, it dries instantly and leaves my face feeling smooth and clean. I highly recommend this Clinique product.

Granola with natural yoghurt and mango
I went to Starbucks whilst i was in London which i don't really get to do anymore, and i decided to get the granola with natural yoghurt, mango and passion fruit. At first i wasn't really sure about the texture but after a while i fell in love. Ever since coming back to Leeds i've been in love with granola, yoghurt and fruit. it's the perfect little snack or breakfast for summer.

Teen Wolf
I am such a TV buff, i love every genre and i have seen most shows out there. Recently Teen Wolf Season 5 started and i have got to say, i am loving this season so far. After the death of one of the biggest characters in Season 3B it went slightly down hill. But the past few episodes it has been amazing. Action packed and darker than ever, the characters are all coming back to life and i find myself looking forward to each new episode straight after i've finished one. If you don't watch Teen Wolf or have never even heard of it, you'll enjoy it if you watch shows like Pretty Little Liars, Arrow or Once Upon A Time. It's clearly supernatural.

New Look of the shoulder top
I bought this off the shoulder top from New Look 2 weeks ago and i have fallen in love. I'm not comfortable with my body shape at the minute (i'm starting the gym when i'm back at uni) and this top just makes me feel so much better. New Look is my go-to shop, they have some amazing summer things to suite anyone. It is floaty and the different patterns allow me to wear a black skirt/black jeans and still not looked washed out. I'm totally into off the shoulder tops this summer and i think everyone should have at least one in their wardrobe!

Five Guys burgers and fries
My boyfriend recently visited me whilst i'm at home in Leeds and we decided to try Five Guys burgers and fries after he saw a review on YouTube. This is by far the best fast food (if you can even call it that) place i have ever come across. Yes, the prices are slightly steep but the amount of food you get, the quality and the customer service from Five Guys, it's worth it. They have so many different drinks you can choose from, different flavours of Coca Cola like Orange and different flavours of Fanta like Peach. Honestly, it's fab.

Thanks for reading my 5 favourite things of the week guys! Leave a comment as i'd love to hear your opinions on each thing. I'll see you all tomorrow.

Love,
Danielle
